“For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.” — Matthew 18:20

FOUNDER:
Tiffany Dangov
MSW, RSW

Tiffany Dangov is a Registered Social Worker (MSW, OCSWSSW #827140) devoted to helping individuals heal, grow, and discover their identity and purpose in Christ. She combines professional training with lived experience to provide therapy that is compassionate, practical, and rooted in biblical truth.

At Rod and Staff Christian Counselling, Tiffany empowers clients through the Word and the Holy Spirit first — guiding them to calm their thoughts (holding them captive to the obedience of Christ, 2 Corinthians 10:5), renew their minds (Romans 12:2), and unlock the promises of God through the Word of God (John 10:10). She teaches the skill of being still and trusting God, helping clients soar like eagles — making the most of every situation, rising above challenges, and finding the highest perspective even in life’s storms.

Clients are supported in reflecting on the past, navigating the present, and moving forward with hope, clarity, and resilience — discovering God’s purpose and their identity in Christ.

Outside of work, Tiffany treasures time with her family, creative writing, and crafts, which inspire and inform her therapeutic work.

Meet Jonathan Moore, MSW, RSW

Jonathan Moore is a dedicated psychotherapist and registered social worker with a deep passion for integrating faith and therapeutic practice. Rooted in his Christian beliefs, Jonathan draws strength and inspiration from John 3:16: "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." This verse guides his work, reminding him of the power of unconditional love, hope, and renewal in the healing journey.

With over a decade of experience in clinical practice, Jonathan specializes in supporting individuals, couples, teens, and families through life’s challenges. His approach is person-centered and strengths-based, blending therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Crisis Intervention, and Solution-Focused Therapy to create individualized care for each client.

In addition to his psychotherapy practice, Jonathan serves as a palliative educator. This unique role has given him profound insight into the intersection of faith, suffering, and meaning-making at the end of life. Walking alongside individuals and families in their most vulnerable moments has deepened his understanding of resilience, compassion, and the transformative role of faith in times of uncertainty and grief.

Jonathan’s mission is to provide a safe, supportive, and faith-informed environment where clients can explore their struggles, strengthen their resilience, and cultivate a deeper sense of peace and purpose in their lives.
