1. What types of therapy do you offer?
I use a variety of evidence-based approaches tailored to your unique needs, including:

2. How long is a typical therapy session?
Standard sessions are 50–60 minutes, with initial assessments sometimes lasting 60–90 minutes. We also offer half sessions for clients who have completed therapy and want occasional check-ins or support.
3. How often are therapy sessions held?
Most clients meet weekly at first. Frequency may be adjusted based on your goals, progress, and personal circumstances.
4. Do you accept insurance?
We offer direct billing through TELUS Health eClaims and ProviderConnect with most major Canadian insurers, including Canada Life, Manulife, Beneva, GreenShield, SSQ, and more.

5. Do you offer free therapy sessions?
We do not provide free therapy, but we offer a sliding scale fee based on your financial situation. Our goal is to make therapy accessible while maintaining quality care.

7. What should I expect during my first session?
The first session focuses on understanding your concerns, reviewing your history, setting goals, and discussing how therapy will work. It is a safe space to share your story.
8. Is therapy confidential?
Yes. All sessions are private and protected under Ontario privacy laws, with exceptions only in cases of imminent risk of harm or as required by law.
9. How can therapy help me?
Christian counselling can help you manage mental health symptoms, cope with trauma, strengthen relationships, and integrate faith into healing and personal growth.
10. How do I schedule an appointment?
You can book online via our website or contact us directly through email or phone.
11. What should I bring to a therapy session?
Our sessions are virtual, so there’s no need to travel or dress formally. Come as you are—comfortable clothing, a private space, and a willingness to engage are all that’s needed.
12. What if I can’t make a scheduled session?
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. This allows us to offer the session to another client.
